• Trains as per the Department of Health specifications

• Provides comprehensive orientation, which includes a competency assessment

• Conducts criminal background checks on all caregivers

• Tests all caregivers for tuberculosis and drug use

• Runs continuous exclusion checks from Federal and State Health care programs

• Makes professional reference checks

• Matches caregivers individually to clients in order to optimize their long-term health, safety and well-being.
